A Matter of Life & Death (Sermon Sunday)

A Matter of Life & Death (John 5:25-32)   We continue our Sermon Sunday Sessions within the Gospel of John as we worship in Spirit and Truth. Today we ask ourselves a question… Do we hear the Word of God?   It's a matter of the heart; are we humble? "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (Matt. 5:3).   It's a matter of obedience; do we love Jesus? "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves" (James 1:22).   It's a matter of faith; do we trust Christ? "What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no works? Can that kind of faith save them?" No, it can't save anyone, nor will it keep one saved either (James 2).   Journey with us within the inspired Word revealed in John 5:24-32 as we seek to "hear" the truth.
