Loving Leniency
The Freedom to Speak Freely
We ought not diminish the quality of our freedom in Christ, despite the ocean of religious error. Faithful Saints to the Great I AM, the Ancient of Days, through His Majesty's Grace, need not squander the liberty we are blessed to utilize for His good pleasure and our productivity. We are authorized to sing songs with artistic depictions (e.g., "He walks with me and He talks with me"). We are permitted to speak a language that encourages, edifies, and builds us heavenward. We must not succumb to silence upon the misguided teachings of a fallen world. Or the heavy-handed, brash, and condemning preeminence of Pharisaical hypocrites. Indeed, the religious stadium may not know the "HOW," but we do. We know the "HOW." And what we know, we may speak to each other in security. No doubt, such liberty in Christ comes with boundaries to be honoured—no doubt we must be kind to our conscience.
Yes, Jesus, God, leads us, He instructs us, guides us. Cannot the same be said of His Spirit? Indeed, the Holy Spirit guides us and leads us. The "HOW" is no longer of any supernatural occurrence, but rather through the perfect Law, prayer, and providence. And so, take strength and comfort with one another to speak freely in song and spirit. Never to cross the boundaries of sound doctrine. Never to compromise our faith for the praise of men. Never to fall prey to the lunacy of lawlessness. Never to masquerade as an agency of change against the Anointed Testament. But rather to remain pure in His Kingship's design and purpose. We must be an approachable people, welcoming to all who seek Spiritual joy. Suffer-long. Be patient. It takes time, brethren.
Have a peaceful and productive day, my dear friends. May the Words of His Spirit guide your life forward in all decency, integrity, and genuine faith. You are loved and appreciated. Stay focused and positive.
Your servant,
SM
